Note: QR SaaS is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not sell or ship physical products.

1. Mode of Delivery

All services and products offered on this website are delivered digitally via the internet. No physical CD, manual, or box will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Timeline (Instant Activation)

Upon successful payment transaction:

  • Your account plan is upgraded instantly (typically within seconds).
  • You will receive immediate access to premium features such as Advanced Analytics, Lead Generation, and increased QR limits.
  • A confirmation email containing your invoice and transaction details will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Non-Delivery / Technical Issues

In rare cases where you do not receive access to premium features immediately after payment due to technical network or server issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your "Spam" or "Junk" email folder for the confirmation.
  2. Log out and log back into your dashboard to refresh your session.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately at support@digitalraj.in with your Transaction ID. We will manually verify and activate your account within 24 hours.
